The hotel's location was very convenient, as it was close to the shops and sites we wanted to visit. The room was clean and the bedding fresh, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who greeted us with a smile. The facilities, including the shower and tea making amenities, were clean and in good working order.

Room clean, but found moths on clothes. 24hr reception convenient. Easy access from M56, bright service area nearby. Comfy beds, warm room. Friendly staff, Mother's Day gifts. Next to convenience stores. Fair price, spacious room with facilities. Not enough towels or milk, hot weather uncomfortable. Double windows block road and motorway noise. Pleasant stay, would book again.

I had a really good experience here, everything was perfectly fine, the location was decent adjacent to shopping areas, the shops and Chester. The staff were helpful, accommodating, would stay here again.

This hotel is conveniently located near Chester Zoo and is easily accessible from the motorway. The check-in process was quick and the receptionist, James, was friendly and helpful. The beds in the room were comfortable and there was very little noise from the nearby services. Plus, the free WiFi and the presence of a McDonald's next door were added conveniences. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Everything was amazing here - affable staff and budget rooms. I loved the room, the bed was comfy. Plenty of food for breakfast, everything was gorgeous. Very good service offered. All the facilities were good.
